AI summary
Lets you peel anything physical, with the result depending on what you are peeling and how you choose to interpret it. It works best on contact but also within a small radius, and you control the manner — peeling skin from a fruit or a person cleanly and painlessly, or roughly and brutally, or stripping muscle from bone while it is still inside the body. It extends to abstractions too, so you can peel the surface tension off water, leaving the liquid strange and leaving you holding a handful of 'surface tension'.

4You can peel anything physical. How it would work depends on what you try to peel and how you try to interpret it.
It works the best, when you actually touch your target. But there is a small radius around you, where it still works.
For example, you can peel skin from the fruit or from the person, without any immediate damage or do it in very rough way with a lot of damage. You can peel muscles from bones, while they still inside the body and without affecting anything else.
You can peel even something like surface tension from water and make the liquid weird. And also get a handful of 'water surface tension'?
