AI summary
Gives you a magic system built from the world's tree species, each offering a distinct way to shape magic into an effect drawn from its physical properties and cultural meaning. You explore and refine it by interacting with different trees and woods, and casting is easier, more accurate and more species-specific when the relevant trees or timber are nearby. You gain great talent in botany, carpentry and woodcarving plus a broad database on the world's trees, and with research you can derive entirely new modes from trees that do not exist on Earth but do exist around you.
