AI summary
Lets you train quickly to master level in any school of magic, backed by a masterwork focus that amplifies every spell cast through it and a mana pool that can fuel any spell and refills almost instantly. You can also draw on ambient magic to cast, and you cast far more efficiently than normal. On top of that you can research, create and modify spells, counter others' spells, and enchant items from simple repairs up to world-shaking effects, though the greatest enchantments demand reagents or enormous magical cost.
