AI summary
Lets you steal the magical powers of any being regardless of their strength, defences or distance from you, leaving them magically powerless. Hold a stolen power long enough — hours, days or weeks depending on its strength — and you retain a permanent kernel of it, which you can grow by stealing the same power again and feeding it in until the kernel becomes a complete copy, which also makes you immune to that power. Using your powers manifests a costume that can change according to which powers you are wielding, you are immune to negative body, mind and soul manipulation, and you may travel to and from DC's worlds with anyone or anything you wish.
