AI summary
Gives you greatly enhanced physical abilities well beyond human and innate understanding of how to control and reshape your own body, beginning with simple weapons and wings and growing more complex with practice. Far faster than the original, you generate cores — marbles by default, though the form is yours to change — which make you an immortal regenerator until every one is destroyed, and the more cores you hold the more you can split into duplicates of equal strength, with the original's personality-splitting quirk optional. You also receive a city-sized ship crewed by people with powers, abilities and personalities of your own design, and you may travel to and from One Punch Man's worlds with anyone or anything you wish.

Effects
6You gain greatly enhanced physical abilities, well beyond human and an innate understanding of how to control and manipulate your body.
You now have the ability to shapeshift your body, beginning with simple weapons, wings, and eventually growing more complex with time and experience.
You will with time, much, much faster than the original, generate cores, typically resembling marbles but you may change that if you wish, which makes you an immortal regenerator until the cores are all destroyed, you may store excess cores in a subspace once you have acquired too many.
The more cores you have the more you can split, producing a double of equal strength and ability, though you can decide if it has the personality splitting aspects of the original ability.
You also receive a OPM city sized ship full of a crew with their own powers, abilities, and personalities to your design.
You may now travel to and from the worlds of OPM, bringing with you anyone or thing you wish.
