AI summary
Gives you ORT's forms — a UFO-like manifestation in base reality and a hard-to-damage puppet body made of your own shed matter — plus the ability to take the abilities, forms and powers of whatever you consume, which then scale up to match your overall might, without needing to consume the whole. Any piece removed from you works subtly toward improving or reawakening you even if it has taken on its own identity, you grow more powerful passively with time, you reactively evolve, you are ageless and immune to immortality's ennui, and you can passively or actively terraform wherever you are — with madness in observers as a toggleable option. On defeat, or simply to grow, you can spin up a simulated reality of your own design and adapt to the what-if, and you may inherit everything the original and Lostbelt ORT possessed, keep your own dimension of beings that can challenge you, hold unrestricted access to the Throne of Heroes with the ability to alter it and summon heroes catalyst-free, speak with the wills of planets and their servants, resist all negative manipulation, and travel Fate's worlds and timelines at will.

Description
By consuming this Essence, you gain powers akin to that of ORT of Fate.
Effects
14You now have a secondary, and technically third form, that of a UFO-like manifestation in base reality and a puppet like body made of what amounts to your dead skin, not that it's easy to damage it in this state, each of your cells can preform all functions and all have what amounts to a super nuclear reactor within.
You have the ability to take the abilities form and powers of things you consume, these absorbed qualities will then grow to match your overall might, you don't need to completely consume something to take its properties.
Should you ever have a piece of you removed 'vital' or not this piece will subtly and even unknowingly work towards bettering or awakening you if you are rendered dormant even if consciously it has taken on a form or consciousness of its own or is otherwise working against you.
You passively grow more powerful with time.
Reactive evolution is also in your skillset, you are ageless and immune to the ennui and rigors of immortality.
You have the ability to passively and actively Terraform the location you are in to your liking, you may choose if doing so causes madness or similar effects to observers, all of this is togglable.
If you should ever be defeated, or simply wish to grow stronger, you may make a simulation, a reality of your own design and adapt to the what if, if you have been defeated it will summon you with your memories and personality allowing you to continue on in an improved state if not your simulation will simply adapt your current body.
You may inherit all things/abilities/forms the Original & Lostbelt ORT possessed.
You have what amounts to your own dimension of beings that can challenge you and push you to evolve further.
You have unrestricted access to the throne of heroes and may alter it freely with some testing, you may also summon heroes freely without a catalyst provided you can front the magic fuel, which you can.
You may freely communicate with the will of planets and its servants.
You are immune to negative body/soul/mind manipulations and your powers can't be stolen or suppressed.
You may also optionally receive the Waifu version of the original ORT.
You may travel to and from the worlds/timelines of Fate bringing with you anyone or thing you wish.
