AI summary
Turns your body into a Yggdrasil avatar and lets you travel to any world connected to Overlord — the old world, the new world, Yggdrasil itself, even Isekai Quartet — bringing anyone and anything with you, with access to Yggdrasil's levelling system plus the limitless potential the new world hints at. You may hold unlimited characters with different builds, breed regardless of form or race (magically growing whatever organs your intentions require), start at any level from one to Momonga's 100 or beyond thanks to your uncapped ceiling, and design an entire background including guilds, members, NPCs and guild bases, inserting yourself seamlessly into Overlord's history as a developer, guild leader, member or lone wolf. You can introduce new power systems, characters and items from other series in the style of fanfics like Chaotic Good and Lostalgia — items needing an in-world explanation to function — summon world items as copies or the originals at any point in time without limit, eventually craft your own world items through crafting classes, and freely acquire any number of the new world's native talents, martial arts or wild magic.

Effects
12By consuming this essence your body becomes that of a video game character, specifically an avatar from the video game Yiggdrasil.
You may choose to travel to any world connected to Overlord, old world, new world, even the game of Yiggdrasil itself, this includes isekai quartet and back at your whims taking with you anyone and anything you wish.
This of course grants you access to the leveling system of Yiggdrasil but also grants you the limitless potential, hinted to exist in the new world.
Unlike the actual game you may have several (unlimited number of) characters, potentially with different builds.
Regardless of form or race you will be able to breed so no not being able to bed a succubus if your an undead, growing an appropriate set of organs magically, for your intentions.
You may design a background, including entire guilds and its members, npcs and Guild bases included be a dev, guild leader, guild member, or lone wolf either way this lets you seamlessly insert yourself into the history of Overlord maybe you become the leader of ainz ool gown or momonga logged out just before the end leaving you the last supreme being or maybe you were a member of a rival guild.
You may choose what level you start at be like momonga and start at level 100 or above, due to you uncapped leveling, or start at level one.
Similar to the fanfics Chaotic Good and Lostalgia: a guild of memories you may introduce new systems of power, powers in general, characters, and items from other series.
In the case of items base what you can do off of chaotic good, items need an explanation for their abilities for them to work example being the mc made a chest that didn't work in Yiggdrasil but upon transitioning to the new world became able taken in ambient mana/magic and create any materials the mc wanted.
You may summon world items, either creating a copy or actually bringing the original to you at any point in time without limit.
You may with enough time and effort put into crafter classes create your own world items.
You may gain anything native to the new world talents, martial arts, or wild magic at your leisure in any number you so choose.
