AI summary

An explicitly sexual Essence letting you convene an orgy of any size — from four participants to billions — provided everyone involved understands sex will happen and is in close range, during which every possible combination of partners occurs and you feel and remember all of it. Time dilates while you are having sex, stretching each second into minutes, hours, days or years, so you could continue for millions of years without ageing, tiring, hungering or thirsting, and nothing can interrupt you: the act registers as an undetectable, harmless error in the space-time continuum that no being of any power can perceive. The dilation applies strictly to sex and will not trigger if you are using it for anything else, and you still feel each altered minute pass so you can choose to stop rather than end up in perpetual sex for eternity.

Description

Drinking this Essence gives you a boner hard enough to break logic/causality/existence itself.

Effects

To make the orgy happen, all the members have to understand they will have sex and be in close range.
There can be ANY amount of members on this orgy from 4, all the way to billions, during the act all possible combinations of sex with any amount of partners will happen and you would feel and remember them.
While you are having sex, time will dilate, allowing you to have sex for as long as you want. Each second becomes minutes… hours… days… years...etc.
During the sex act, you could go for millions of years and not feel them passing, you won’t age, tire, go thirsty/hungry, etc.
While having sex, you won’t be stopped by anything. It would an undetectable harmless error in the space-time continuum that no being, no matter how powerful, would be capable of detecting or knowing of.
The only requirement of this effect is that for having sex, through you might stretch the seconds into years. The effect won’t happen if you are using this to do anything else (I see you rule lawyers).
Each minute that passes in this altered time, you would feel it, allowing you to decide to stop the act or not. This is more than anything to not end up in perpetual sex without stopping for eternity.
