AI summary
Gives you a console with access to the DMMO-RPG Yggdrasil — the anime's own or an equivalent launched in your world — where you build a character over twelve years, levelling and playing as any other player must, with the side benefit of skipping the dystopian Earth of 2126–2138. When the servers shut down, being logged in transports you to the New World along with every other logged-in player, and unlike canon you need no World Item to qualify, though you have twelve years to find some. You receive a monthly budget equivalent to $10,000 for microtransactions and gacha, you cannot hack or edit files but may read them if able to uncover hidden bosses and unique item locations, you can influence the game indirectly through feedback or bribes to its developers and admins, you can write flavour text onto items, NPCs and your guild base that becomes real function after the transmigration so long as it is plausible, and if you would rather not go to the New World you may transport to any other world instead, alone or with your guild.

Effects
10By drinking this Essence, you gain a special console with access to the DMMO-RPG Yggdrasil where you will create a character to build up your strength for the next twelve years.
You will have to level, explore and play the game the same way as all other players must, but with the added benefit of not having to endure the dystopia that is Earth in 2126-2138.
You can choose to either have access to the same Yggdrasil as the anime or to have an equivalent game be launched here in your home world. If you choose the latter, you can choose if the events of Overlord are known by others or if only you remember.
Once these 12 years are up and as long as you are logged in during the shutdown of the Yggdrasil servers ,you will be transported to the "New World" alongside all other logged in players who possess a World Item.
You will not need a World Item to be eligible for this transmigration, though you have twelve years to find some.
Yggdrasil is filled with microtransactions so you shall have a budget equivalent to 10'000 U.S Dollars every month which you can spend on the microtransactions and gachas.
You cannot actively hack the game or edit any files, but if you have the abilities for it, you can read all the files to find out secrets about Yggdrasil, like hidden bosses or locations for unique items.
You can interact with the devs and admins of Yggdrasil to indirectly change Yggdrasil through either feedback or bribes.
While they have no function in-game, you can use flavor text to change items, NPCs or your guild base to have new functions after the transmigration. Most things can be done as long as it is plausible so weapons that can immediately kill anything including gods are off limits but more sane effects like a sword made of dragon materials can manifest abilities from that dragon is alright.
If you do not want to go to the New World, you can instead choose any other world to transport to either alone or with your Guild. If you go to the New World however, you can choose when and where you will appear.
