AI summary
Gives you a free age and appearance change, a near-unbreakable will that could tell a witch to her face she is not real and keep going even inside a Logic Error or a time loop, apparent immunity to most viruses, diseases and parasites including supernatural ones, terrifying talent for analysing and solving mysteries and puzzles, an almost superhuman physique without any magic involved, and fighting-game-grade combat skill with your magic seamlessly integrated. You become a Witch or Sorcerer, prodigious in every magical matter including creating and binding Furniture on top of whatever your specialty proves to be, with enormous potential to grow. Optional additions include the Blue Key and Red Key, conceptual weapons that harm the intangible and formless and deny defences, revivals and even concepts themselves, and the Endless Nine ability granting near-absolute protection against the supernatural — while you may take any When They Cry characters as companions and self-insert into Higurashi, Umineko or a variant, with the option, curiously, of drawing companions from or inserting into Children of Paradise and Ghost in the Shell as well.

13You gain a free age and appearance change to whatever you want.
Your will is near-unbreakable. You could tell a witch in front of you that she isn’t real straight to her face and keep going even trapped in a Logic Error or Time Loop.
You are seemly immune to most viruses, diseases, and parasites, even those supernatural.
You have incredibly, if not terrifying, talent at analyzing, discerning, and solving all manner of mysteries and puzzles.
You have an almost superhuman physique even without any magic involved.
You are a very good fighter, almost as if you were a fighting game character. Your magic is seamlessly integrated into your fighting style.
You are now a Witch/Sorcerer. You are a prodigy at all matters related to magic, such as creating/binding Furniture on top of whatever your specialty may be. You have enormous potential to become a Voyager, a higher-order magical entity that can travel the multiverse and sea of fragments and easily destroy universes.
Optionally, you now have a Blue Key and Red Key. These are conceptual weapons that can harm the intangible and the formless and deny defenses, revivals, and even concepts themselves. Being conceptual weapons, they specific form they take is up to you, such as swords, guns, or even charms. The Blue Key is weaker but can be used freely, while the Red Key is stronger but plays under much heavier restrictions/conditions of use.
Optionally, you may have the Endless Nine ability, giving you near absolute protection against the supernatural.
You may have any When They Cry characters of your choice become your companions and may choose what relationships/history you have or will develop with each of them (being lovers, friends, etc.), if any, meeting them in positive circumstances.
Optionally, you may Self-insert into When They Cry (Higurashi, Umineko, etc.) or a variant (like a fanfic). You may choose when, where, and what world. The specifics are up you; maybe you get dropped in (default), maybe you insert yourself into or replace a certain character, maybe you get reincarnated, maybe you get merged with a local counterpart of yourself, etc.
If you Self-Insert into the above via an Essence or other means, you are guaranteed to meet the chosen companions in-universe (resurrecting them if they are dead by the point you enter the story, which may draw attention).
Curiously, you may also use the above options to get companions from Children of Paradise and Ghost in the Shell or Self-Insert into them.
