The first inscription only works for you and can cause the complete destruction of the current world you reside on even if the tablet is not on that world and if it is it will simply vanish moving to a new world (most likely the world you went to after initiating the destruction of the other world), the second inscription will allow you or others to sacrifice your life for another with the guarantee that the sacrificed individual will be restored the next day but the tablet will crack and loose all its power until it restores itself after five years. If you took “Witch” then a third ability will activate granting you divine right to the life of any traitors.
